Baltimore, MD - June 27, 2003

Baltimore's own Photo-Digital Artist Robert McClintock is one of thirty artists nationwide whose work has been chosen to be displayed at Macworld CreativePro Conference and Expo in New York City next month. The piece, JUAN'S BAD DOG, will then be displayed at various galleries and art spaces across the United States including the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.

"It's a great honor for my artwork to be recognized by my peers.", McClintock said.

This isn't the first time McClintock's work has been honored. Some of his earlier pieces are on display at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography and Boston's Photographic Resource Center.

Robert's innovative style is a hybrid medium combining photography and digital painting. No stock Photoshop filters are used, instead he paints and colors directly onto his original photos in Adobe Photoshop. The result is a unique piece of art saturated with color and personality.

McClintock's extensive line of work, including over 150 Baltimore scenes, can be viewed at his Federal Hill gallery at 50 East Cross Street. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 11-7pm and Sunday Noon-4pm.
